Prof. Ankur Sarin is a faculty in the Public Systems Group and Ravi J Mathai Center for Innovation in Education at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His past works include investigations of the effects of social and economic inequality on welfare outcomes of children and making the Right to Education an instrument for increased access to education and promotes a more inclusive education system at RTE Resource Center. He has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

Maneesha is currently head of Grant Programming, Asia Pacific at JP Morgan and has more than 15 years of experience of working in the CSR space. In her current role, she leads the CSR programs and grants for APAC region driving the firm’s Philanthropic strategy across the region. Maneesha has previously worked at Citibank as head of Corporate Citizenship, and as a Program Director, at RBS Foundation, India. A graduate from Manchester University and Delhi University, Maneesha also holds a degree in forest management from Indian Institute of Forest Management.

Ruchira is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Positron, a 19 year old advisory firm that works both with Private Equity & Venture Capital funds as well as Business owners. She is passionate about giving back to society and has worked with NGOs like Indian School of Microfinance for Women, Friends of Women World Banking, and Swadhaar FinAccess helping them with their strategy and program design. She has worked with Deutsche Bank in their CSR program helping in the capacity development of NGO partners for 3 years.

Surabhi is a Partner and Career Coach at Quadrangle. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and St. Stephen's College, Surabhi has over 25 years of experience largely in Recruitment Consulting and recently in Career Coaching. Her focus is on detailed assessments of candidates to get the right organisation culture fit. She is on the Advisory Council of nonprofit ILSS, that aims to build capacity and leadership talent in the Indian social sector.
