This network would serve as a community learning platform to share their knowledge and expertise. The network would also amplify parental voices, needs and aspirations for systemic change in education.

Surabhi Bikhchandani

Surabhi is a Partner and Career Coach at Quadrangle. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and St. Stephen’s College, Surabhi has over 25 years of experience largely in Recruitment Consulting and recently in Career Coaching. Leading the Executive Search practice at Quadrangle, she has successfully closed many leadership positions for her clients that include start-ups and social purpose organisations. Her focus is on detailed assessments of candidates to get the right organization culture fit. She is on the Advisory Council of nonprofit ILSS, that aims to build capacity and leadership talent in the Indian social sector. She is also an advisor to Project Udhyam that is helping build rural entrepreneurship in the state of Uttarakhand. She is a certified Career Coach (Nov 2018- Erickson International ACSTH Certified) with a mission to make her clients experience a positive transformation.

Brijesh Aggarwal (Special Invitee)

Brijesh is the Co-founder & Director, at IndiaMART – India’s largest B2B marketplace. IndiaMART has stood of test of time to emerge as one of the few profitable internet

businesses in India. He was recently featured by Fortune India’s in its “40 Under 40” list. Apart from being an entrepreneur, his other passions include sports & child education, where he loves to spend his time.

Prof Ankur Sarin

Prof. Ankur Sarin is a faculty in the Public Systems Group and Ravi J Mathai Center for Innovation in Education at IIM, Ahmedabad. His past works include investigations of the effects of social and economic inequality on welfare outcomes of children and making the Right to Education an instrument for increased access to education and promote a more inclusive education at RTE Resource Center. He has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

Ritu Jain

As a professional, Ritu has over two decades of work experience in both the Social Impact and the corporate Sectors. Over this time, she has lived and worked in Indonesia, Singapore, India, and the UK. Primarily in the last ten years, she has been active in the philanthropy space and worked with various grassroot organizations, family foundations and impact investors across the thematic areas of education, youth leadership and inclusion. She currently works for one of India’s largest philanthropic organizations, which partners with state governments to strengthen and improve processes, technology, and policies with the goal of improving the public service delivery in education. During her time in the corporate sector in the first decade, she experienced working with multiple stakeholders and developed the ability to build and operate across matrix organizations. She has studied early childhood education as well as practiced as a schoolteacher. She is also an Advisor to the CEO of Latika Roy Foundation, which is focused on disability and inclusion.

Mekin Maheshwari

Mekin is the founder at Udhyam Learning Foundation and Co-Founder at GAME – The Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship. He is extremely passionate about discovering and unleashing human potential, and entrepreneurship. He started Udhyam Learning Foundation which works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets amongst youth from various backgrounds.

Maneesha Chadha

Maneesha is currently head of GrantProgramming, Asia Pacific at J.P. Morgan, and has more than 15 years of experience of working in the CSR space. In her current role, she leads the CSR programs and grants for APAC region driving the firm’s Philanthropic strategy across the region. Maneesha has previously worked at Citibank as head of Corporate Citizenship, and as a Program Director, at RBS Foundation, India. A graduate from Manchester University and Delhi University. Maneesha also holds a degree in forest management from Indian Institute of Forest Management.
